This article presents a set of rules, a thinking model, and a behavioral model of psychological preparation for developing students' football skills in educational institutions. Although physical exercises are often the primary focus of practical training in physical education lessons, psychological factors such as motivation, confidence, and emotional regulation contribute to comprehensive skill development. This article explores the various methods of psychological preparation and their impact on football learning, particularly in psychologically stressful situations, which are common in popular sports. A mixed-method approach, including questionnaires, interviews, and control studies, evaluates the effectiveness of psychological interventions on students' technical skills, teamwork, and game performance.
The results show that psychological preparation significantly improves students' ability to perform under pressure, maintain concentration, and demonstrate endurance during games. The study emphasizes the importance of tailored psychological strategies that meet the specific needs of students at a critical stage of personal and emotional development. These strategies include visualization techniques, goal-setting exercises, and stress management practices, which contribute to improved football skills and overall athletic performance.
Furthermore, it is important to incorporate psychological training into educational programs at educational institutions that foster the development of specialized knowledge. This provides coaches, teachers, and sports psychologists with practical recommendations for implementing effective psychological training methods in football training, which will ultimately lead to the development of well-rounded and successful young athletes.
